The Azorean Atelier

86m², 1 double bed + 2 extra beds
Loft with 86 sqm, one double bed and possibility of placing two extra beds, living room with fire place and kitchen. Originally, this Loft didn´t exist in this division, so we opted to keep its industrial aspect, keeping it as a single open space.

All dependencies are inserted into a central hub, keeping a huge sense of space. In the open space a large glazed arch allows the garden light to invade the living room and offers an excellent view of the estate.

98m², 2 twin beds + 2 extra beds
Loft of great proportions, with two wide divisions, one of with a mezzanine bedroom, the living room and the bathroom. In the second division there is a kitchen open to the living room and a second living room with fire place. Both divisions have direct access to the garden.

72m², 1 double bed + 2 extra beds
This Loft is ideal for a couple with one or two children. The kitchen opens to a space which comprise the living room and dining.

109m², 1 double bed + 2 extra beds
This loft is ideal for a family with its large, bright room bed and two divisions which are located in the kitchen with dining room and large living room.

In this room we also have a beautiful bread oven and a fire place. Outside the house there is a private garden with space for outdoor dining.

55m², 1 double bed + 1 extra
This cozy Apartment is ideal for a couple alone, where you can enjoy a wide arc-shaped window, which gives a great view of the garden and pool. The kitchen opens to the living room.

58m², 1 double bed + 1 extra bed
In this small but comfortable house we have a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, plus a bedroom with traditional features.

69m², 1 double bed + 1 extra bed
This is probably the most cozy loft. With large windows on both facades, light floods the entire space. The bed room is located on a mezzanine overlooking the north coast.

From the kitchen you can enjoy the view from a large window, ripped for your own garden, with Pico da Barrosa (Fire Lagoon), as a backdrop. The entrance is sheltered by a nice porch where we sit to admire the surrounding vegetation.

64m², 2 twin beds + 1 extra bed
This was the old caretaker’s house, Mr. Pavão. This house stands out for its bread oven, where, until a few years ago, it was cooked corn bread every week. In the living room there is a fire place.

Cilento, Italy

Il Cannito

A tiny redoubt of stripped, twisted beams, limestone walls and a modern interior. There’s an air of culture at this aged – and much loved – restored monastery, which perches on a verdant hillside overlooking distant Capri and close to the Paestum Temples.
