The Oyster - Ruinart, Crustacean & Co Pop-up hits Zurich.

Twenties glitz wrapped in champagne gold and Ruinart Blanc de Blanc headline this legendary foodie pop-up at the Zurich's Widder Hotel. 

As traditional as the Christmas season itself, The Oyster Pop-up Restaurant runs from now until the end of the year, including NYE. 

Feast on a set menu including the classic Seafood Etagere dripping with shellfish and a selection of sides, including our fav: Miso Mayo. 

From the lobster bisque by the culinary hero, Chef Stefan Heilemann, the decadent seafood delights created by Chef Tino Staub, to the Ruinart Champs – this pop-up venue captures what we all need this year - some sparkle.

190 CHF per person including aperitif experience in the Widder Garden, 3-course menu in the Pop-Up and 2dl Ruinart Champagne.
